Please note: This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) and not a call for competition. Please do not respond to this notice. This is to advise the market that the Office of Government Procurement, on behalf of the Department of Justice and Equality intend to invite submissions from tenderers with the expertise and the capability of providing suitable premises and ancillary services such as the management, catering, housekeeping, general maintenance and security services for Emergency Reception and Orientation Centres (EROC). It is anticipated that the Office of Government Procurement will publish a tender in this regard within the coming months. This prior information notice is being published so tenderers are in position to have suitable premises identified prior to the tender being published. No further detail on the requirements for these services is available at this time. The Office of Government Procurement does not require a response to this Prior Information Notice. This is to advise the market that the Office of Government Procurement, on behalf of the Department of Justice and Equality intend to invite submissions from tenderers with the expertise and the capability of providing suitable premises and ancillary services such as the management, catering, housekeeping, general maintenance and security services for Emergency Reception and Orientation Centres (EROC). In total, the Department of Justice and Equality will require accommodation and ancillary services for approximately 600 people. Therefore, tenderers will be invited to offer premises that can cater in the region of 80 residents (i.e. approximately 35 bedrooms) or more. Each premises will be required to have all en-suite bedrooms. It is also envisaged that there will be additional requirements such as wheelchair assessable bedrooms, family bedrooms (i.e. larger rooms to accommodate parents and children / interconnecting rooms), and a number of common rooms / meeting rooms. The accommodation will be required on a full-board basis. It is anticipated that the Office of Government Procurement will publish a tender in this regard within the coming months. This prior information notice is being published so tenderers are in position to have suitable premises identified prior to the tender being published. No further detail on the requirements for these services is available at this time. The Office of Government Procurement does not require a response to this Prior Information Notice.
