Description
Stavanger municipality will enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of main inspections of bridges, quays, culverts and footbridges. Stavanger municipality, through the Committee for Environment and Development (UMU), Sports and Outdoor Environment, hereby invites tenderers to a tender contest. Information about the contracting authority can be found at www.stavanger.kommune.no. Lot 1: Stavanger municipality will enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of single inspections, main inspections and, if necessary, specialised inspections of municipal bridges, quays, culverts and footbridges. A total of 120 units will be inspected, but it is possible that the number may change while the agreement is underway. All work must be completed by May of each year. Weather conditions. If it is not possible to carry out inspections as agreed, and deviations from the original plan must approved by the contracting authority. The framework agreement applies to mapping and condition assessment in accordance with contractual provisions in accordance with NS 8402 - General contractual provisions for consultancy assignments remunerated according to time spent on changes/additions in Appendix 1 Contract document/special contract terms where, for example, there is a fixed price for parts of the assignment. The assignment will be implemented in accordance with NS 3424, condition analysis of structures. Furthermore, the assignment must be carried out in accordance with the guidelines in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's Handbook V441. Inspection manual for bridges, as well as relevant guidelines in Handbook R411 Bridge management on national roads and other guidelines and standards. The main inspections are normally carried out every five years. See Appendices 5 and 6 - Overview of planned main inspections during the agreement period. The timing of the main inspections may vary, and main inspections are ordered in writing by the contracting authority as needed. This overview in Appendices 5 and 6 is only an estimate, and does not carry any obligations for the contracting authority or rights for the tenderer. Specialised inspections are ordered by the contracting authority as needed. The contracting authority owns and manages 62 bridges and culverts and 58 quays and jetties.
