Grounds maintenance services

Description

The services will inlcude the delivery of cleaning and grounds maintenance services to blocks owned and managed by Crown Simmons Housing. 1) Internal communal cleaning services to blocks,including but not restricted to: floor coverings; walls; ceilings; doors; communal windows; stairs; handrails and balustrade; lifts; recycled and general waste bins; WC, hand basins, urinal etc.; toilet cubicles and laminated surfaces; 2) External cleaning services to blocks, including but not restricted: entrance lobby doors glass/screens; car parking areas; general footpaths leading to premises; general grass and shrub areas; refuge bin areas; bike stores; 3) External window cleaning; 4) Reactive services including but not restricted to: salt and grit spreading; fly tipping removal; bulk waste removal; litter picking; pressure washing. Grounds maintenance services including but restricted to: cutting and maintenance of grassed areas; the collection of leaves and litter, fly tipping and bulk refuse; weed control (hard and soft landscaped areas); shrub, hedge and rose maintenance; management of trees.
