Description
Radius Housing wishes to appoint a select list of (up to 10) contractors to undertake major adaptation works. The select list is valid for 18 months. Individual tender competitions will run for the below 13 adaptations with only successful shortlisted suppliers from this competition invited to tender. The tenderer validity period is 6 months from date of tender submission. Tenders are to remain open for acceptance for the duration of this period. The proposed select list will incorporate 13 major adaptations at a total cost of approx. £1.2M. The works consist of major adaptation extension and refurb works at the following locations: • 13 Hazel Close, Dunmurry, BT17 0XW • 27 Brianswell Grove, Dunmurry, BT17 0YQ • 40 White Glen, Dunmurry, BT17 0XN • 25 Rosewood Street, Belfast, BT14 7AF • 56 Teeling Avenue, Dunmurry, BT17 0XH • 153 Sydney Street West, Belfast, BT13 3GA • 8 Grampian Close, Belfast, BT4 3PD • 75 Rosseden Drive, Limavady, BT49 0SZ • 50 Brookmount Heights, Omagh, BT78 5JW • 61 White Rise, Dunmurry BT17 0XD • 7 Lagmore Rise, Dunmurry, BT17 0GG • 10 Mourneview Court, Belfast, BT17 0YY • 8 Centuripe Avenue, Ballymena, BT43 7AP The contract is estimated to be below the threshold were the Procurement Act 2023 applies. The Procurement method to be utilised is Competitive Flexible Procedure as set out at Regulation 20(2(b)) of The Procurement Act 2023 (the Act or PA23).
