Description
The works comprise the replacement of Gas Boilers. It is Ayrshire Housing’s intention to enter into a Framework Agreement for Gas Boiler Renewals for the next four years. The Framework Conditions will be the latest edition of the SBCC Framework Agreement for use in Scotland. The contract conditions for all Framework Orders will be SBCC Minor Works Contract for use in Scotland, 2016 Edition. The Framework will comprise of approximately 381nr Gas Boilers Renewals over a three year period from 2023 to 2026.
