The Local Authority must have a fully integrated Transport Management System (TMS) to support the planning, scheduling, optimisation, management, delivery, and monitoring of SEND Home-to-School Transport Services and the Travel Assistance application process. This is a statutory service. Lot 1: Haringey use the Mission MPS system to log, track and manage all aspects of the following elements: • Service Users • Staff - Passenger Attendants • Venues - Schools/Colleges/Day Centres • Routes - • Incidents • Complaints • Safeguarding concerns • Costs • Efficiencies • Reporting It is a system that is designed to assist in the management of bulk transport journeys and covers all elements that a Local Authority managed transport service requires.
