Provision of Catering Services

Description

The ESM intends to establish a framework agreement with one service provider for the delivery of catering services for its office located in Luxembourg. The services include canteen and kitchenettes services, maintenance of the equipment, waste management and on-demand services such as hospitality services and ad-hoc purchase. The Canteen provides breakfast and lunch, Monday to Friday on Business Days and is open between 7.00 a.m. until 3.30 p.m. unless otherwise requested by the ESM. Hospitality services may be requested outside these hours. The ESM’s official working language is English and the services must be provided in English.
