Provision of travel arrangements and ancillary services for online and hybrid meetings to the contracting authorities – additional services and increase of the budget ceiling of the inter-agency framework service contract EEA/ADS/22/014 pursuant to point 11.1(e) of Annex I to the Financial Regulation. Lot 1: EEA/ADS/24/009 – Negotiated procedure for amendment to the inter-agency framework service contract EEA/ADS/22/014 – Provision of travel arrangements and ancillary services for online and hybrid meetings. The outcome of this negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice according to the provisions under point 11.1(e) of Annex I to the Financial Regulation is an amendment to the existing framework contract EEA/ADS/22/014 to increase its value by 50 %, from EUR 5 650 000 to EUR 8 475 000.
