Framework agreement for fuel and fuel oil, including an option for a service agreement Purpose of the procurement The objective of this framework agreement is to cover the Contracting Authority's need for bulk deliveries of fuel and fuel oil as well as service at the fuel plants. The fuel oil supplied must be of the type 100% renewable biological light and heavy fuel oils without palm oil. The contracting authority’s description of the delivery is pursuant to Annex 1 to the contract.
