Description
The work will consist of carrying out void property works and responsive repairs to those areas identified below. Works will be priced using the NHMF Schedule of Rates 6.3 with tendered adjustment. Works will/can also include for the gas and Airsource servicing to those properties. Works orders will be produced by Cottsway staff using an MIS computer system with a contractor's portal used to communicate this with the contractor. All works must be carried out in strict accordance with the contract for costs, time-scales, materials and workmanship. Strict contract monitoring will be in place with KPI's to ensure standards are met/maintained. The required works will be split into lots for geographic area and work required. The required work will consist of: Responsive repairs service (to include out of hours) and void property works. Servicing (Gas and Air-source).
