Description

Cairn are looking to employ the services of an experienced Clerk of Works to work on our new development at Hens Nest Road, East Whitburn. Lot 1: Cairn is committed to providing a safe working environment for our staff and our tenants with good quality, safe and comfortable homes. As part of this commitment, we are seeking to appoint a Clerk of Works for the duration of our new build project including services prior to the commencement of the building contract, the end of defects liability period and end of defects inspections at Hens Nest Road, East Whitburn. The project consists of 19 affordable housing units constructed for Cairn via a Design and Build Contract with our Developer, Ogilvie Homes Limited as part of a Section 75 agreement. The development will contain the following house types: Two 2-bed, 4-person semi-detached amenity bungalows Eight 2-bed, 4-person terraced houses Six 3-bed, 5-person terraced houses Three 4-bed, 6-person terraced houses
