The service will offer non-clinical support to individuals experiencing a crisis or mental distress, following assessment by the identified Trust services. - offering face to face, telephone and video-conferencing support - helping people with coping strategies in the moment - providing a range of activities free of charge - providing resources to take away - connecting people with practical local services.
