This contract is to cover clinical staff to go on a 5-day cultural immersion program and understand more about themselves, receive some training and spend some time immersed in a community group followed by reflection and evaluation. This is a unique program, the development of it has been supported by BCHC, it will assist staff to engage with the Community Care Collaborative and wider community settings.
