Vågan kommune (Vågan Municipality) wants to establish a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for procurements of user-controlled personal assistance (BPA). For relevant users, provisions in the individual contract and in such a manner that users get their individual assistance needs taken care of. See also Appendix 1 — service requirement. Fr larger assignments and the like, Vågan Municipality reserves the right to hold separate contests. Estimated value: The total estimated value per year is approx. NOK 13 million excluding VAT. The estimated value is extremely uncertain as it is difficult to foresee future need. Volume will vary from year to year and is only a guide and does not obligate the contracting authority.
