The contract will include both non-specialist and specialist home care services under defined Care Tiers. Applications are open from 22 June 2026 and will close at 5:00 pm on 24 July 2026. Services will commence from 1 November 2026. Timelines are indicative and may be subject to change. The Contract Term is 3 years from service commencement, and the Commissioner may opt to extend the Contract Term by up to 2 years, in accordance with Schedule 1C of the Contract Particulars. Lot 1: Applications must be submitted through CarePulse eProcurement: https://www.eprocurement.carepulse.co.uk. To be eligible, a provider must operate at least one CQC-registered service location which is not rated Inadequate. In addition, the service location must satisfy at least one of the following: it has a CQC-registered address within Sussex or within 3 miles of the Sussex border; or it holds Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury (TDDI) registration. All providers that meet the eligibility and qualification criteria will be awarded a contract. There is no limit to the number of Providers that can join the Contract. All awarded providers will be added to the AQP list which will be the primary route for the ICB to commission CHC home care packages.
