Rockfield Dairy Ltd is a family owned dairy processor specialising in sheep milk products based in Claremorris, Co. Mayo in the West of Ireland. We have been in operation since 2015, initially producing yogurt and subsequently adding cheese and fresh and frozen milk to our range. Our client base had grown significantly in recent years, and we now need the increased capacity. With this in mind we we are seeking quotations for the following six items of equipment: Lot 1 – Pot Filler [OPTION 1 and OPTION 2] Lot 2 - Lazy Susan Type’ Reception Table Lot 3 – Yogurt Transfer Pump Lot 4 – Cheese Cutting Machine Lot 5 – Vacuum Packing Machine Lot 6 – Blast Freezer Tenderers may submit proposals for one or more lots and must be clear which of the lots they are tendering for in their response Please refer to the Tender Document provided for Instructions to Tender and full Specification for each items This contract is subject to funding
