The contracting authority wants to procure the future communications solution for use in the medical emergency messaging service in Norway, as a replacement for the current communications solution. HDO HF has divided the delivery into phases so that the communications solution is implemented in-line with the introduction of different solutions on the contracting authority's side. The procurement covers the purchase, adaptation, introduction and maintenance of the communications solution over the lifetime of the solution, as well as necessary assistance from the tenderer.
