e-ITT for the Provision of Refurbishment Works to East Wing 2 Storey Roof at Appletree Court, Lyndhurst New Forest District Council (NFDC) have carried out an external refurbishment to roof area at Appletree Court East Wing 2 storey roof area 5. The works required works: To provide any necessary access to the roof areas. As stated in the Cooksons roof condition survey roof area 8 due to the delamination issues the existing roof will require (Option 1) a complete strip back to the existing concrete deck and a new warm roof to comply with Building Regulations waterproofing system installed that complies with building regulations.
