Moorfields Eye Hospital has entered into a 3 year original equipment manufacturer agreement for level 1 & 2 maintenance as per the Trusts Standing Financial Instructions with Daybreak Medical for level 1 & 2 maintenance cover for Easyret, Vitra, RiEye, Fusion, MK2 Surgeon Chair, Dream OCT, Absolu, Compact Touch, ,Vitra 2 Single Spot and Vitra 2 Multispot, however, for both agreements the contract includes • Attending site and performing routine maintenance on two occasions within the terms of the contract. * Attending site for all justified service call-outs or breakdowns. • Covers all labour, travel and mileage expenses and depending on contract, EXCLUDES • Any user mishandling. • Unexpected waiting time. • Access refusal contrary to agreed arrangements. • Additional visits, Replacement of the laser cavity & scan probes. * Fibres and parts. • Loan machine. * loan chair and cushion damage. loan operating table - Stored patient data is the responsibility of the Trust To access this competition: Registered: Login to https://suppliers.multiquote.com and view the opportunity CA17465.
