Description

The Immunology and Transfusion Medicine Department at Rikshospitalet would like to procure two flowcytometers with the associated instrument PCs. The equipment will be used for immune phenotyping blood and bone marrow samples, etc., when examining patients with suspected leukaemia, lymphomas, and immune deficiencies. The two instruments must function as a back-up for each other. The laboratory is part of Nopho Flowcytometrigruppen ( NFCG) and uses clinical protocols where panels with antimatter clones and fluorochromes are determined. The laboratory also uses Euroflow panels in diagnostics and, in order to use the Euroflow database, protocols from Euroflow must exist for the set-up of the offered instrument. Due to the above and the attached requirements specifications, Nerliens Meszansky AS is the only supplier that can deliver for technical reasons. The terms in the PPR § 13-4 (2) are considered to be met. If there are other instruments that cover the need, this must be conveyed to the project manager within ten days after the published notice.
