Undertaking of the Outline Business Case for the Ayrshire Growth Deal; Preparing a detailed design package of works for a proposed 450 space car park and new access road to be used for Prestwick Airport; Project Management to allow the delivery of the work packages to meet the client's requirements, adhere to programme and budget; and to provide Quantity Surveying Services to allow the delivery of the work packages to meet the clients requirements, adhere to programme and budget.
