Le présent marché est décomposé en 2 tranches: * tranche ferme: 20 parcs publics de stationnement; * tranche conditionnelle 1: 2 parcs publics de stationnement. Chaque tranche comprend 2 types de prestations: 1. Prestations continues consistant à fournir, pour les sites requis, 7j/7 sur une amplitude horaire de 24h/24 et en nombre suffisant: des agents télésurveilleur (SSIAP niveau 3), des agents d'intervention rondier (SSIAP niveau 1) motorisés, des agents d'intervention posté (SSIAP niveau 1) non motorisés, des agents posté maître chien non motorisés; 2. Prestations ponctuelles supplémentaires consécutives à des aléas de fonctionnement prévisibles ou subis consistant à fournir à la vacation horaire: des agents d'intervention posté (SSIAP niveau 1 + SSIAP niveau 2 + SSIAP niveau 3) non motorisés, des agents posté maître chien (SSIAP niveau 1) non motorisés. Le présent marché est passé pour une durée courant de sa notification (à titre indicatif, fin février/début mars 2016) au 28.5.2020. Cf. point & «description succincte du marché» du présent avis.
