e-ITT for the provision Cash Collection Services across the Hampshire Region (HIOWPP Framework Agreement and Call-Off Contract)

Description

New Forest District Council (NFDC) are carrying out this procurement exercise to identify, select and award a contract to a single supplier covering the whole region. The contract establishes a four-year framework for secure cash collection services across multiple Hampshire authorities, covering collections from parking machines, civic offices, schools, and catering outlets. It includes banking, reconciliation, reporting, and optional services such as coin delivery. The supplier must meet strict security and performance standards. See Appendix B - Specification for more details. All correspondence is via the Councils e-tendering portal ProContract hosted on the South East Business Portal (SEBP).
