Women's Health Hub for Berkshire West (Reading, Wokingham and West Berkshire)

Description

NHS Thames Valley ICB (the Commissioner) wishes to inform the market of its intention to follow the Most Suitable Provider (MSP) process for the award of a contract for a Women's Health Hub for Berkshire West (Reading, Wokingham and West Berkshire). The service will provide a women’s health service that is accessible (out of hospital) with shorter waits and high-quality evidence-based care for women in Berkshire West. The Commissioner has a strong preference for providers that can demonstrate existing relationships with primary care, community services in West Berkshire and RBFT. Providers who believe they are capable of delivering this service are invited to express their interest by completing the questionnaire before the deadline of midnight 07 September 2026. The Commissioner will not begin identifying or assessing potential providers until after this period, in accordance with the Provider Selection Regime. The contract duration is 30-months, and the anticipated service commencement date is October 2026.
