Description

The scope includes the servicing, maintenance of all print devices and consumable replacements. SEW currently owns all of its print fleet of around 50 devices which consists of a mix of mainly MFD’s and a small number of desktop printers spread across SEW’s operating area. The office environments within these locations contain a mix of open and restricted floor space. On average SEW prints around 2 700 000 pages per annum. The successful service provider will be expected to manage the existing Toshiba devices and phase them out when it’s proven to be cost effective. The service provider will also be expected to work with SEW to reduce print costs and wastage where applicable. The scope includes the servicing, maintenance of all devices and consumable replacements.
