Leesland CE (C) Infant School - Boiler Upgrade

Description

Remove the existing boiler plant and replace with a new natural gas fired condensing boiler installation. Remove existing flue systems and install new flue systems to serve the new gas fired equipment. Connect the new gas fired equipment to the existing heating circuits, MCW, Gas Supply pipework, and electrical power. Redundant boilers, gas and electrical components, pipework and cable will be removed from site. Allow for all associated asbestos removal work as identified within the asbestos R&D survey report. Allow to all BWIC make good including holes/surfaces/paintwork/fire stopping left by the works. ## Contract award
