Great Yarmouth Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors interested in tendering to join a Framework of Contractors for small building works and disabled adaptations, including the installation of stairlifts and wash/dry toilets. It is intended to create a framework agreement for the works requirements and this will be divided into lots based on categories of works. It is anticipated that duration of the framework will be four years commencing from the estimated start date of Autumn 2024.East Suffolk Council Procurement Team is running the procurement process on behalf of Great Yarmouth Borough Council.
