Description
Conclusion of framework contracts for an initial duration of 12 months, renewable 3 times by tacit agreement, for the provision of medical services related to paediatrics, psychomotility, psychology, cardiology and dietetics, to be carried out for the medical practices and crèches of the European Parliament in Brussels and Luxembourg. The contractor is to provide paediatric services for the 'Wayenberg' crèche (approximately 220 children) in Brussels as well as the paediatric examination of children of staff working at the European Parliament and the Ombudsman admitted to the private crèches under contract (30–60 children). The services are to be provided in situ. The hours are to be agreed with the Head of the Social Welfare Actions Unit. Estimated annual quantity of services to be provided: approximately 1 000 hours, without this being binding on the European Parliament. The contractor is to provide psychology services for the medical practice of the European Parliament in Brussels. The services are to be provided in situ. The hours are to be agreed with the Head of Unit of the medical practice. This involves intervening on a short or medium-term basis, with the primary aim of psychosocial prevention and occupational health as well as providing ad hoc assistance in emergencies. This assistance shall be provided in cooperation with the doctors, nurses and social workers from the medical practice of the European Parliament. The services do not in any way involve therapy or coaching. Estimated annual quantity of services to be provided: approximately 700 hours, without this being binding on the European Parliament. The contractor is to provide cardiology services for the medical practice of the European Parliament in Luxembourg. The European Parliament will make available to the contractor the equipment needed to provide the services. The services are to be provided in situ. The hours are to be agreed with the Head of Unit of the medical practice. The rate of consultations may be adjusted in line with any European Parliament constraints, including where the number of requests for appointments goes up or down. Estimated annual quantity of services to be provided: approximately 48 hours, without this being binding on the European Parliament. The contractor is to provide cardiology services for the medical practice of the European Parliament in Brussels. The European Parliament will make available to the contractor the equipment needed to provide the services. The services are to be provided in situ. The hours are to be agreed with the Head of Unit of the medical practice. The rate of consultations may be adjusted in line with any European Parliament constraints, including where the number of requests for appointments goes up or down. Estimated annual quantity of services to be provided: approximately 250 hours, without this being binding on the European Parliament. The contractor is to provide consultancy services in nutrition/dietetics for the medical practice of the European Parliament in Luxembourg, for MEPs, parliamentary assistants, civil servants and agents of the European Parliament in Luxembourg. The services are to be provided in situ. The hours are to be agreed with the Head of Unit of the medical practice. Estimated annual quantity of services to be provided: approximately 150 hours, without this being binding on the European Parliament. The contractor is to provide psychomotility services at the ECC 2 crèche (children's psychomotor development check-up, psychomotility exercises, etc.). The services are to be provided in situ, at a rate of several consultations per working week of the crèche. The number of consultations and the hours are to be agreed with the Head of the Social Welfare Actions Unit, in consultation with the management of the crèches. Estimated annual quantity of services to be provided: approximately 440 hours, without this being binding on the European Parliament. The contractor is to provide psychomotility services at the ECC 5 crèche (children's psychomotor development check-up, psychomotility exercises, etc.). The services are to be provided in situ, at a rate of several consultations per working week of the crèche. The number of consultations and the hours are to be agreed with the Head of the Social Welfare Actions Unit, in consultation with the management of the crèches. Estimated annual quantity of services to be provided: approximately 440 hours, without this being binding on the European Parliament.
