Description

The Norwegian police shared services (PFT) shall, on behalf of the Police Department, enter into a framework agreement for services for control services/re-examination related to evidential breath-alcohol test instruments for detecting alcohol concentraton in expelled air. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract for control services / re-examination related to evidential breath-alcohol test instrument that detects alcohol concentration in expelled air. The alcohol detection instruments are type Evidenzer Mobile 240, which are manufactured by Nanopuls AB in Sweden. Control / re-examination means the annual control, which is a re-certification of the instruments after they have been sent to Nanopuls AB for an annual service, repair or for other services / reasons. Control/re-examination can also be an initial control, which is an inspection of new instruments before they are put into use. Based on previous procurements, the estimated number of annual controls is approx. 130 per annum. This estimate is not binding for the contracting authority. The procurement is not split into sub-contracts and tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment.
