To carry out principal inspections and structural reviews on a number of structures throughout the Inverclyde area• Principal inspections carried out in accordance with CS450 Inspection of highway structures and the Scotland National Application Annex to CS450o As a minimum, each report shall contain the information listed under clause 5.11 and S/1.6o Remedial measures for any defects identified, with value engineering being a core element of the measures, shall be provided (if applicable)o A recommended course of action for any remedial measures shall be produced (if applicable)o Approximate costings shall be given for the carrying out remedial actions• Structural reviews carried out in accordance with CS451 Structural review and assessment of highway structures and the Scotland National Application Annex to CS451o The process outlined in clause 2.5 shall be followedo The format of the report shall align with that shown in Appendix Bo No assessment has to be carried out for any of the structures within this scopeo Provisional costings shall be given for carrying out the assessment, provided it is justified
