2310 - QUALIFICATION SYSTEM for ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES

Description

An Post anticipates a requirement for consultant architectural services to carry out feasibility studies for the redevelopment of some properties in its existing portfolio circa some 180 properties. These comprise Delivery Service Units (DSU’s) Retail Offices, Mail Centres and Administration buildings. This will include Commercial redevelopment opportunities assessments and implementations, redevelopment of existing Post Offices, while maintaining continuity of business, redevelopment of existing or development of new Delivery Service Units, and Administrative Offices. The full scope of works will be determined for each property and may include the full redesign and supervision of the construction phase. The works will be located in An Post’s premises nationwide.
