Soft market testing exercise to inform options appraisal for freight consolidation within Bristol. We are seeking to capture information from the market through the questionnaire issued on ProContract. Please follow the below link to find more information on the freight consolidation project; - https://procontract.due-north.com/Advert?advertId=f534a82e-5c61-ef11-812e-005056b64545 A Q&A session has been organised and will take place on 3rd September 2024 at 15:00 - 15:30. The format is simply a chance to raise questions on a one by one basis. The questions and answers from this session will be recorded and posted on the procurement portal for all interested parties to see. Site visits have also been organised for the three proposed sites, details can be found below: Temple Gate Car Park - 10th September 2024 @ 10:00 - 10:30 - The meeting location is: On the pavement outside the access point to the ground floor car park area (see link below). West End Car Park - 10th September 2024 @ 11:30 - 12:00 - The meeting location is: On the pavement outside the access point to the car park entrance (see link below). McAdam Way Car Park - 10th September 2024 @ 14:00 - 14:30 - . The meeting location is: On the pavement adjacent to the disabled bay (see link below). Please arrive a few minutes before the start time where you will meet colleagues who are part of the project team.
