Installation of New Ceiling and Associated Works at the Treforest Students Union

Description

The University of South Wales requires a contractor to prepare the space and install a new acoustic suspended plasterboard ceiling to the Students Union Nightclub Area with associated works. Works to include removal of non-required fixings, installation of new suspended plasterboard ceiling, smoke/fire void detection, installation access hatches, new lighting, minor electrical works and redecoration. The contractors are to note that the pre-existing ceiling has been removed. There is a scaffolding in place, the appointed contractor is expected to take over the scaffolding responsibility from the contractual start date.
