Description

The objective of the contract is to ensure internal communication for parts of the foreign service vial global VSAT services. The services must meet the contracting authority's requirements related to stability, quality and capacity. The contract must also ensure flexibility in reducing or increasing the number of foreign stations included in the contract. The contract includes all phases of the life cycle, from planning, implementation and testing and the continuation of operations until the contract is concluded.
