Description
The Services cover grass and shrub cutting, weed removal, car park maintenance and winter gritting/snow clearance at An Lochran, Solasta House and Aurora House on Inverness Campus. Lot 1: It is expected that these services will be required from 1st April 2026 for a period of 3 years, unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the contract. The 3 year budget currently available to deliver this service is between GBP75,000 and GBP94,000 (excluding VAT), Consumer Price Index and Real Living Wage increases for Year 3. This figure is inclusive of Travel and Subsistence (T&S). Travel time will not be paid.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulations 8, 9 and 10 of The Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
