To provide ENT Services in a community setting in Croydon Lot 1: The aim of the service is to provide a single point of access for all ENT and audiological referrals that results in a consistent approach to triage and streamlining service provision reducing duplication to ensure patients are booked for ‘the right care, in the right place, the first time’.<br/><br/>The Contracting Authority are intending to award a contract to the existing provider following the PSR Direct Award C Process.<br/><br/>Contract period - 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2028.
