Framework to provide capital projects to HCC owned parks, play areas and open spaces. The works covered by the proposed Framework include capital projects to parks, play areas and open spaces which include the below; • Play park refurbishment and landscaping • Flooding prevention • Trash screen access works and bank re-profiling • Planting • Footpaths • Road repairs • Fencing • External lighting • Minor building works Lot 1: Lot 1 Landscape Main Framework 2 Overarching Landscape Main Framework 2. Lot 2: Lot 2 Road repairs Road Repairs: East Park Depot & Eastern, Northern & Western Cemeteries, Hull, as more particularly defined in the Scope Lot 3: Lot 3 Pennine Centre Garden Works Works at Pennine Centre Garden; the refurbishment of three garden areas - one courtyard area as well as the west side and south side. Refurbishment works are aimed at improving the function of each area, aesthetics and wellbeing. The works are more particularly described in the Scope.
