The Contracting Authority wished to establish a framework agreement for the provision of Postal, Document and Digital Data Communication Processing Services and Supplies. The framework was designed to focus upon the supply of postal document and digital data communication and processing services and supplies across 8 lots, to meet the postal, document and digital data communication and processing needs of organisations across the entire public sector; covering a broad range of said services and supplies. The framework was to be let on behalf of the Crescent Purchasing Consortium (hereafter CPC) but would also have been open for use by all other public sector contracting authorities (and any future successors to these organisations), (as defined in Part 1, General, 2 (1) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015) or their agents. This Lot was to provide access to a comprehensive range of mail collection and delivery services. This Lot was to provide access to a comprehensive range of International mail collection and delivery services. This Lot was to provide access to a comprehensive range of package and parcel mail services, involving collection and delivery of parcels and packages. This Lot was to provide access to a comprehensive range of on-site mailing services: inbound and outbound solutions. This Lot was to provide access to a comprehensive range of off-site mailing services: inbound and outbound services. This Lot was to provide access to a comprehensive range of Managed Mail, Document, Data and Print Service Solutions. The lot was designed to be a solutions based Lot which could have provided a combination or all of the services available under any of the other framework Lots delivered as a service solution. This Lot was to provide access to a comprehensive range of Audit, Due Diligence and Consultancy Services. This Lot was designed to be a consultancy Lot that supported and added value to the supplies, services and solutions that could have been procured under Lots 1 to 7.
