As part of its statutory duty, and in line with its vision, priorities and values, Westmorland and Furness Council has commissioned this All-Age Carers Service to support unpaid carers across Westmorland and Furness. A Carer is anyone who looks after a family member, partner or friend who needs help because of their physical or mental health, disability, or an addiction, and would find it difficult to manage without their support.
