Description

NTNU would like delivery of testing genomic data that fulfils the following requirements: 1) transcriptome sequencing (approx. 4.3 Tbp with high flow through sequencing data) of 357 strand specific eucaryote RNA libraries; and 2) metatranscriptome sequencing (approx. 4.3 Tbp with high flow through). A test sequencing run was completed with a sub-group of samples by using different sequencing suppliers. The result of the test run was that Novogene is the only supplier that can deliver satisfactory services. Furthermore, only Novogene offer the satisfactory strand specific RNA sequencing libraries that NTNU require.
