Description
Follo Ren IKS intends to enter into a contract with ROAF IKS for central sorting of residue waste collected from households (the residue waste container). After the central sorting, ROAF IKS shall ensure further processing and disposal i accordance with the current rules for public procurements. The central sorting, further processing and disposal service shall be compensated on the full-cost principle, cf. the Pollution Act §34. The signed contract shall be valid from 1.10.2017 to 30.9.2024, with an option for the period 1.10.2024 to 30.9.2027. The basis for the direct award is a monopoly, which was announced on www.folloren.no in accordance with the public procurement regulations § 1-3 (2) letter h.
