Description
The London Borough of Tower Hamlets will appoint this contract as a Direct Award to Jenoptik UK Limited via the CCS RM6099 provision of Transport Technology and Associated Services Framework, specifically Lot 2. The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking to refresh and expand the existing Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system including the supply and installation of 15 street-based network enabled specialist cameras, a new server to provide a host for the new operating software which enables connectivity to the Police National ANPR service. To further the CCTV Transformation delivery strategy programme, this new technology replaces end of life systems and provides new technology enabled to combat the use of ghost plates. Keywords: CCTV
