This is a voluntary ex-ante transparency (VEAT) notice. Places For London has awarded a contract extension to Conamar Building Services Limited to allow it to complete the refurbishment works at Liverpool Street Arcade, London. The contract awarded ensures that the refurbishment's complexity and requirement (working adjacent to occupied buildings and the Underground Station) can continue. Lot 1: Conamar will undertake the works and carry out several initiatives at Liverpool Street Arcade to improve the quality of building fabric including external refurbishment to the facades and roofs of the Arcade, which will attract a broader occupational demand to increase rental yield whilst maximising the use of the asset.
