The objective of the contract is to safeguard the contracting authority's access to qualified health personnel, when the contracting authority and public collaborating parties cannot cover this need in-house. The framework agreement may be able to include all municipal businesses/service locations in the health sector. We anticipate the greatest need in the pending contract period will be nurses and health care workers. Based on experience, there may be a need for temporary staff services year round, but particularly in connection with holiday leave around summer and Christmas.
