PURCH2895 Provision of Framework Agreement for Debt Collection Services for the period of 3 yrs with the option to extend for a period of 12 months. The University is seeking to enter in Framework Agreement with a single agency for the provision of Debt Collections Services. The scope will cover both pre-legal and legal recovery of both student and commercial debt. The Agency will support The University of Glasgow in recovery of overdue debts working closely with the requesting departments throughout the University who require debt collection services.
