Description

Due to the critical situation that now exists and a concrete consideration to patient and employee safety, Bodø Municipality must hasten the work of getting technology for alarms and communication in place. Bodø Municipality therefore deems it appropriate to continue to procure the patient and employee signalling system (Sensio system) from Atea until a new framework agreement is in place (the current contract expires in February 2020). Bodø Municipality is using this voluntary ex-ante transparency notice to make the market aware of this. Bodø Municipality has started work on the tender documentation for alarms and communication (patient and employee signalling system), which will cover our institutions, shared housing, and residences with 24 hour operations. The contest is scheduled to be announced in Q4 2020, with a new contract being signed in Q1 2020. In order to maintain proper safety for both patients and health personnel, Bodø Municipality has deemed it critical to hasten work on getting this into place in institutions/shared housing. The procurement will cover different sensor technologies and services connected to the configuration and operation of them.
