The title of this RFT is Request for Tender for (High Quality Legal Agency Clerking (Town Agents) and Legal Administration Services) This public procurement competition relates to the (Legal Agency Clerking (Town Agency) and Legal Administration Services ) The RSD provides comprehensive in–house legal services to the Revenue Commissioners concerning all the taxes and duties administered by Revenue and related matters of governance, regulation, and compliance. The RSD requires an excellent and reliable high quality Legal Agency Clerking Service and Legal Administration Service. The purpose in running this competition is to secure the provision of a general legal agency clerking provider. The role encompasses attendance at and transaction of business at all court offices and courts in Dublin city and county including the District Court, Circuit Court, High Court, Masters Court, County Registrar, Criminal Courts of Justice, Commercial Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court and a full range of non-court legal agency clerking work. As this is an in-person service, attendance at and transaction of business at all court offices and courts in Dublin city and county is required to undertake this service.
