PA Housing are going to market for heating servicing, maintenance and installation contracts. The services will include the delivery of provision of a 3 star heating servicing, maintenance and installation service for domestic and a servicing and maintenance service for commercial systems to properties owned and managed by PA Housing. Lot 1: Domestic heating, servicing, maintenance and installations - London and the South East The services required by this contract, can include but are not restricted to:(i) statutory inspections, comprehensive routine periodic and ordered servicing and responsive servicing and maintenance for all heatingsystems for commercial properties(ii) diagnosis of faults, repairs, provision of replacement parts(iii) testing and provision of boiler and/or appliance details(iv) maintenance and routine periodic and ordered statutory Safety Check records(v) testing and certification of the Client’s domestic and communal gas and individual Heating Appliances(vi) communal gas catering equipment owned by the Client(vii) provision of a 24-hour, 365/6 day a year emergency call out service(viii) inspection, testing, servicing, cleaning and maintenance of hardwired smoke, heat and carbon monoxide detectors(ix) statutory electrical safety inspection and test – the Gas Servicing Contractor will be required to coordinate and ensure the periodicelectrical testing regime is undertaken in all properties on a 5 yearly cycle after the last test date.(x) capping up, statutory inspections and Safety Checks to Void Properties(xi) Solar Thermal; air and ground source heat pumps; HIU and unvented hot water cylinders. Candidates are to note that all indicative contract values are INCLUSIVE of VAT and are based upon the maximum term of the contract. Lot 2: Domestic heating, servicing, maintenance and installations - The Midlands The services required by this contract, can include but are not restricted to:(i) statutory inspections, comprehensive routine periodic and ordered servicing and responsive servicing and maintenance for all heatingsystems for domestic properties(ii) diagnosis of faults, repairs, provision of replacement parts(iii) testing and provision of boiler and/or appliance details(iv) maintenance and routine periodic and ordered statutory Safety Check records(v) testing and certification of the Client’s domestic gas and individual Heating Appliances(vi) domestic gas catering equipment owned by the Client(vii) provision of a 24-hour, 365/6 day a year emergency call out service(viii) inspection, testing, servicing, cleaning and maintenance of hardwired smoke, heat and carbon monoxide detectors(ix) statutory electrical safety inspection and test – the Gas Servicing Contractor will be required to coordinate and ensure the periodicelectrical testing regime is undertaken in all properties on a 5 yearly cycle after the last test date.(x) capping up, statutory inspections and Safety Checks to Void Properties(xi) Solar Thermal; air and ground source heat pumps; HIU and unvented hot water cylinders.
