Description
The Scottish Government has a requirement to appoint a legal firm for the provision of specialist Scots law legal services to support the delivery of the bond programme with the inaugural Scottish Government Bond. This will principally involve reviewing and advising on documentation prepared by the Scottish Government's Lead Legal Adviser to ensure that Scots law requirements are appropriately reflected and addressed.
