Graduation Gowning and Photography

Description

The purpose of this supplier tender is to meet the University’s commitment to students to run in-person graduations twice annually in summer (July) and winter (December). The requirement for (gowning / photography) is to support the delivery on three ceremonies a day over the graduation period. The requirement is for the provision of student and staff gowning services, and professional, studio graduation photography. <br />The requirement has been split into two lots, to allow the University to pick the most suitable supplier that meets our needs. Suppliers can tender for both gowning and         photography services, or for one lot. <br />Tenderers are able to participate in the tender for either or both of the lots: <br />Lot 1: Graduation Gowning Services<br />Lot 2: Graduation Photography Services<br />
